Order Processing and Shipping Time:

Shipping Charges:

We provide free shipping on orders above Rs. 699/-.

A shipping charge of Rs. 150/- will be applicable for orders below Rs. 699/-.

For international orders, a flat shipping charge of Rs. 1,500/- will be applicable.
Delivery Information:

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. Delivery is address-specific, not person-specific.

In case of incorrect details provided by the customer (such as wrong name, address, or contact number), any extra cost for re-delivery shall be borne by the customer.

The shipment/delivery time starts from the day of confirmed payment.
Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances:
Nirvakh shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery due to reasons beyond its control, including but not limited to:

Additional Charges:

Octroi Charges: Certain destinations, especially in Maharashtra, may have Octroi charges, which are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer.

Duties & Taxes for International Orders: All applicable custom duties and taxes for international shipping shall be borne by the customer. Nirvakh is not responsible for paying any international duties or taxes.
